Chris Collier Named Editor of WINDOW FILM Magazine

Award-winning journalist Chris Collier has been named editor of Window Film and Paint Protection Film (PPF) magazines, publications of Key Media & Research. He will be responsible for the content and editorial director of the publications, the weekly newsletter, Focus on Film, and will help develop content for the International Window Film Conference and Tint-Off™ (WFCT) as well as other offerings.

Collier studied mass communication at Georgia College and State University.

Collier graduated from Georgia College and State University with a mass communication degree. He spent two years of his studies writing for The Colonnade, the school’s award-winning student newspaper. He furthered his journalistic experience at the Museum of Arts and Sciences in Macon, Ga., for his senior-year internship. Collier joined WINDOW FILM magazine in April 2021, when he began as assistant editor for the publication. He has been instrumental in the growth of PPF magazine as well.

In 2021, Colliers’ article Installers Assemble: PPF Veterans Rally Rookies Forward was honored with a prestigious American Society of Business Publication Editors (ASBPE) award.

“I am thrilled to announce Chris’ promotion. He will continue to ferret out and tell the great stories in the window film and PPF industries,” says CEO Debra Levy. “You’ll see several innovative initiatives from KMR in the next 12 months, and Chris will be a strong force in that growth.”

Collier assumed his new role on September 1 and said he looks forward to talking with readers at the upcoming WFCT in San Antonio, September 14-16.
